In this session, we’ll walk through how to document the process for determining whether a child is mentally competent to stand trial. Link to Zoom Training

Due to scheduling conflicts, there will be no Lunch & Learn session on June 6. We will resume training on June 10, focusing on Quest for DCS Attorneys.

This training session will guide you through the steps involved in adding a new child support case, scheduling a hearing, scanning the petition, entering the IV-D reimbursement amount, indicating whether service has been returned as served or unserved, and any other necessary steps leading up to the first hearing.
