Lunch & Learn Takes a Short Break – Back in July!

In this session, we will explore how to process voids, make adjustments, waive fees, issue refunds, and manage journal entries. Link to Meeting

This training session will guide you through the steps involved in adding a new child support case, scheduling a hearing, scanning the petition, entering the IV-D reimbursement amount, indicating whether service has been returned as served or unserved, and any other necessary steps leading up to the first hearing.

This session will show how you can use automated billing statements to help collect unpaid fees. Link to Zoom Training

There won’t be any Lunch & Learn sessions this week, as we’ll be on-site supporting a new county’s Quest implementation. We’ll begin the Dependency & Neglect section next week.
