In this session, we’ll review how Judicial Officers can use Quest to view their docket, make case notes, review a person’s history, approve orders, and create orders. We’ll also review how, as a Special Judge, you can access your cases in another county. Link to Zoom Training
There won’t be any Lunch & Learn sessions this week, as we’ll be on-site supporting a new county’s Quest implementation. We’ll begin the Dependency & Neglect section next week.
Hello everyone, Thank you to those who attended the Lunch & Learn yesterday. For those who were not able to attend, you can find the video and training material as well as past sessions on the website: https://questtrainingmanuals.com/lunch-learn-training-videos-tennessee/
Our next series will explore all aspects of finance. This session will provide a general overview of the financial system, followed by a deep dive into specific areas.
In this session, we will walk through the steps following court, including typing or scanning a court order, scheduling the next hearing if needed, handling warrants/bonds, child support payments, and creating the IV-D Reimbursement Invoice to DHS.
This session will show a variety of approaches for managing unpaid fees including use of the cost docket. We will also review unpaid restitution options. Link to Zoom Training
