This training session will guide you through the steps involved in adding a new child support case, scheduling a hearing, scanning the petition, entering the IV-D reimbursement amount, indicating whether service has been returned as served or unserved, and any other necessary steps leading up to the first hearing.

This session will guide you through how the child support attorneys can use Quest with restricted access, to view the court docket, their child support cases, and submit subsequent filings and proposed orders. This session will guide you through the steps involved in updating a case following court hearings, including creating Orders Appointing Counsel, GAL, and/or CASA. Link to Zoom Training
