This session will guide you through how the child support attorneys can use Quest with restricted access, to view the court docket, their child support cases, and submit subsequent filings and proposed orders. This session will guide you through the steps involved in adding child support payments, purge payments and bond payments as well as processing Child Support Contempt Petitions and warrants.

This training session will guide you through the steps involved in adding a new dependency and neglect case, scanning the petition, scheduling a hearing, adding filed statutes, and adding requirements if the child is removed from the home. Link to Zoom Training

In this session, we will walk through the steps following court, including typing or scanning a court order, scheduling the next hearing if needed, handling warrants/bonds, child support payments, and creating the IV-D Reimbursement Invoice to DHS.
