This session will guide you through the steps involved in adding child support payments, purge payments and bond payments as well as processing Child Support Contempt Petitions and warrants.
In this session, we’ll review how Judicial Officers can use Quest to view their docket, make case notes, review a person’s history, approve orders, and create orders. We’ll also review how, as a Special Judge, you can access your cases in another county. Link to Zoom Training
There won’t be any Lunch & Learn sessions this week, as we’ll be on-site supporting a new county’s Quest implementation. We’ll begin the Dependency & Neglect section next week.
This training session will guide you through the steps involved in adding a new child support case, scheduling a hearing, scanning the petition, entering the IV-D reimbursement amount, indicating whether service has been returned as served or unserved, and any other necessary steps leading up to the first hearing.
Due to scheduling conflicts, there will be no Lunch & Learn session on June 6. We will resume training on June 10, focusing on Quest for DCS Attorneys.
Due to the Good Friday holiday, this session will be cancelled. We will reschedule the cost docket for another time.
