Problem Solving Performance Measures

The example below details the report settings for a mental health court, but can be applied to any problem solving court model.

The text in red will need to be modified for your jurisdiction. Instructions on how to update those areas are listed in bold under each section.

When you have all of your report settings entered and you run the report, you will receive twelve (12) documents in your messages — one (1) Quest report and eleven (11) separate CSV files. The information in each of those CSV files needs to be copied and pasted into the relevant tab in an Excel spreadsheet (click here to download). The tabs must not be renamed or you will receive an error when you attempt to upload the spreadsheet.

Note: If your jurisdiction has multiple problem solving courts, you will need to create a separate report, and a separate Excel spreadsheet, for each problem solving court.

****For all of the mapping portions below, you are matching your Quest categories to the state categories that best fit yours. For example, in the next section below, you do not need to add “Involvement in a Civil Protection Proceeding” if that is completely irrelevant to your problem solving court cases. Just find how your Quest categories fit into the categories provided by the state. The only exception is if you have nothing already set up in Quest that matches any of the state categories, in which case you will need to add to your tables so that you have something to map.****
