Reassign Caseload

This area allows you to quickly reassign a person’s caseload to another person, you can end the role of a specific person in the selected cases by clicking Inactivate, or you can quickly add a person to the cases without ending the assigned person’s role.

FROM THE MENU: Supervision, Reassign Case Load

  • Assigned person: Enter the Quest User ID of the person currently assigned to the cases you wish to reassign. If they don’t have a Quest User ID, you can click on the LOOKUP button and do a name search. If you type in a User ID, the Agency should automatically populate. If you do a LOOKUP, there may not be an Agency associated with the person or you can manually select an Agency.
  • Reassign to: Enter the Quest User ID of the person you wish to be assigned to the selected cases.
  • Leave existing assignment when reassigning: Unchecked this will END the role of the assigned person in the case. Checked this will NOT end the role.

Click the SUBMIT button or press ALT+S to display the results of your selections.

Reassign column: Click every case you wish to be reassigned.

Inactivate column: If just inactivating, you don’t need to enter a Quest User ID in the reassign to box; just enter the assigned person ID. Click every case you wish the assigned person to be inactivated in. Click on the UPDATE button or press ALT+U to save your changes.
