Assigned Person
This area allows you to quickly assign people to cases, reassign cases to another person, and end the role of people assigned to the cases.
FROM THE MENU: Supervision, Assigned Persons:
- Assigned role to display: If you only want to see a specific “role” such as PO, you can narrow the search to only that. If you want to see everyone regardless of their role, select All Entries.
Click the SUBMIT button or press ALT+S to display the results of your selections.
- Assign/Reassign to: If you want to add a person to specific cases, you can type in the person’s USER ID or click on LOOKUP to do a name search on the person you wish to add to the cases.
Click the SUBMIT button or press ALT+S to display the results of your selections.
Case: Shows the quest case number for each case in the system.
Assign: If you wish to assign a person to a case or more than one case, click the assign box in front of the case you wish to assign them to. Click UPDATE and they will be assigned to the case with a start date of today.
Case Number: Shows the court case number assigned to that case.
Reassign: If you wish to reassign these cases to a new person, you can click the reassign box in front of the name of the person you wish to remove from the case. Click UPDATE and the USER ID at the top will be on the case with a start date of today and the person you clicked will have an end date of today.
Inactivate: You can end the ROLE of a person. Click on the inactive box in front of their name, click UDPATE and they will have an END date of today.
