Contact Information

This will show you an overview of everything we know about this person. To go directly to a specific section, you can use the links located at the top of the screen.

From the MENU: Person, Person Detail

Contact Information:

Only current contact information is stored in Quest.

To add contact information:

Type in the appropriate numbers.

Relatives who live with the person are selected to have their contact information updated as well. Any number that is checked in the first column will be changed on the relatives. So if the cell number is changed, but it is not checked in the first column, and the home number changes and it is checked on the first column, and the relatives are selected, it will only change their home number.

Click on the UPDATE button or press ALT+U to save your changes.

To edit a contact number:

Click on the number you wish to change.

This will take you into the Contact Information screen. You can then change the information.

Click on the UPDATE button or press ALT+U to save your changes.

Emergency Contacts:

The emergency contact section is an area to put an emergency contact information if desired. This is free text typing, so you can put anything you want. This is useful for employee emergency contact information since it will not print on any documents.

To add an emergency contact:

  • Contact name: Enter the name of the emergency contact.
  • Phone: Enter the phone or any other type of contact information.

Click on the UPDATE button or press ALT+U to save your changes.

To edit an emergency contact:

Click on the existing contact information to be taken to the EMERGENCY CONTACT DETAIL screen.

Change whatever needs changing.

Click on the UPDATE button or press ALT+U to save your changes.
