Reschedule Court Docket
This area allows you to move all the hearings from either one court to another, or to another day.
FROM THE MENU: Court, Reschedule Court Docket
- Old Court: This is the calendar that currently has scheduled cases you wish to move.
- Old date: The date of the calendar you wish to move.
- Old disposition: You must put an event disposition in the old event, such as rescheduled. Select the event disposition you want added to the old event.
- Copy subpoenas: If subpoena’s had been issued on the events being rescheduled, you can copy those subpoenas to be resent with the new information.
- Print notices: If there are pending notices to be printed, you can check this box to print the pending notices without having to go to the reports.
- New Court: The court that is going to handle this calendar after move. If you are switching the whole calendar to another court, the new name goes here. If you’re just switching the calendar to another date, put the same court name in.
- New Date: If the date is changing, put the new date here. If it is staying the same, put the old date in here.
- New Time: If the hearings are moving to a new time, put that in here. If they are remaining the same, leave this blank.
Click the SUBMIT button or press ALT+S to display the results of your selections.
- Find Date: Lets you find an available date. More about FIND DATE.
- Daily: Takes you to the daily calendar. More about DAILY CALENDAR.
- Monthly: Takes you to the monthly calendar. More about MONTHLY CALENDAR.
- Reschedule: click all the cases you wish to move. You can move all or part of the cases.
Click on the UPDATE button or press ALT+U to reschedule the cases.
