This allows you to update the Recommendation section on the Case Detail screen from a document, such as the Preliminary Inquiry. In this example, you are being prompted to select the case you want this recommendation placed in. By using the ^ before the word case, you are telling the FF UPDATE function to update those case(s) you selected. You do NOT put the ^ in the variable only in the prompt.
