Add a docket entry

role=person role on case (blank for all roles)
assignTo=variable name using FF People (not required)
docketCode=docket code
useDate=current | variable name (date/time of the ccs)
variable=template variable with ccs text (optional)
note=if no variable is specified, the specific text you want in the ccs

This allows you to add a docket entry directly from a document. For example, you are scanning in a paternity order, you could ask the question if paternity was established.
