This session will cover the court orders, Quest person attributes, and Clerk reporting requirements to TBI for those children adjudicated on an offense that causes them to be prohibited from possessing or purchasing a firearm until they reach 25 years of age. Watch the Video Quick Reference Guide

This session will guide you through how the child support attorneys can use Quest with restricted access, to view the court docket, their child support cases, and submit subsequent filings and proposed orders. This session will guide you through the steps involved in adding the IV-D Reimbursement assessments, creating the DHS Invoice, and receipting the DHS reimbursement check. We will also look at the DHS IV-D Magistrate Docket Report.

Due to scheduling conflicts, there will be no Lunch & Learn session on June 6. We will resume training on June 10, focusing on Quest for DCS Attorneys.
