Daily Calendar

This area allows you to view a snapshot of a court’s daily calendar.

FROM THE MENU: Court, Daily Calendar

• Court: Select the Judicial Officer whose daily calendar you would like to view.
• Date: Select the date you wish to view.

Click the SUBMIT button or press ALT+S to display the results of your selections.

• Prior: Takes you to the day before
• Next: Takes you to the next day.

Courts can have “schedules” set up so that if you schedule certain types of hearings at certain times, the calendar will display the schedule. This schedule is shown after the minutes remaining.

The total number of hearings scheduled for the morning and the afternoon are summarized at the bottom of the calendar.

The notes in red are made by adding an event without a case, they are called “red book notes”. See Add Event for more information.

If you click on the EVENT LINK, you will be taken to that EVENT DETAIL screen.
