Statute Dispositions

This area allows you to quickly dispose of filed statutes.

FROM THE MENU: Case, Statute Dispositions:

• Plea: Enter how the person plead.
• Date: Enter the date of the plea entered.
• Disposition: Enter the disposition/sentence entered by the court.
• Date: Enter the date the court ordered the disposition/sentence.

Click on the UPDATE button or press ALT+U to save your changes.

FROM THE CASE DETAIL SCREEN:

Click on the existing filed statute, Update the information.

Click on the UPDATE button or press ALT+U to save your changes.
