Photos
You can add a photo of this person. Photos will be held in history.
To upload a photo:
Click on the Chose File button. This will take you to your windows folders where you can select the location of the saved image you wish to upload. Make sure the Image date matches the date of the photo.
Click the Update button to save your work.

The current photo will always be large and on the left. As you add new photos, the old photo will move to the right and become smaller.
To Capture a photo:
The first time you come to the screen, you will be prompted to allow the application access to your phone or camera. That will populate the Video Source box which will allow selection of front/rear camera. When you are ready to take the picture, click on the Snap Photo button.
Once you have Snapped the photo, a Modify Photo button appears in case you wish to retake the photo.
Click the Update button to save your work.
To delete a photo:
Click on the existing photo. If you wish to delete, you must click the delete button twice.
To Rotate a photo:
If you take the picture in landscape mode rather than portrait mode on your phone, it will upload just fine. On the iPhone, the button to snap the photo should be on the right side of the screen, not the left. However, the iPhone doesn’t actually save the data in the orientation in which you take the photo. It stores additional information telling the computer which way to display that data. That info is lost as the photo is processed within Quest so it’s not so large.
Therefore, your photo may upload into Quest incorrectly. To fix the problem, a Pivot button has been added. Click the pivot button to rotate the picture clockwise. Keep clicking the pivot button until the picture is correct.
To Send a photo:
- Click the Send Photo option at the top.
- Enter the email address you wish to send the photo to.
- Type an message, if desired, to go along with the photo.
Click the Send button to email the photo.
