Active Users

This area allows you to see who is logged into Quest right now. If you are using Gottlieb & Wertz to host your system, you will see people from different jurisdictions. If you have your own system, you will only see your jurisdiction.

From the MENU: Help, Active Users

  • Sel: Most users don’t have access to this, it is for Quest Administrators to reset users.
  • Name: The name of the user logged in to Quest. If the user is from your jurisdiction, there is an envelope in front of their name. You can click on the envelope to send them a Quest message.
  • Jurisdiction: The jurisdiction that user is logged in to.
  • Start date: The date and time the user logged in to quest. If you put your mouse over the eyeglasses before the start date, you will see the date the session was started, the time they signed on to quest and the date/time of their last request.
