Bulletin Board
The Bulletin Board is a way to view incident activity within a specific date range.
FROM THE MENU: Miscellaneous, Bulletin Board
Incident Type
- Date Range: Enter the beginning and ending dates you wish to view.
- Minimum incidents: If you are searching for a group of people that match the criteria. If you entered a minimum of 4 for example, the results would show you anyone within that date range that had at least 4 incidents.
- Minimum agencies: You can narrow your search results further by specifying that you want the person to have had involvement with at least 3 agencies for example.
- Cutoff: The Quest Administrator has set up a default cutoff time for the bulletin board. It will show everything that has happened from the cutoff time on the beginning date to the cutoff time on the ending date. So in the above image, from 8:30 am on 6/24/13 to 8:30 am on 8/7/13.
- School: You can search incidents for a specific school, the list will display all incidents for people currently attending that school. It does not display incidents for people who attended that school on the date of the incident and do not currently attend.
- Currently detained: If you want to narrow your results to only those people who are currently detained, click this option.
- Incident type selection: You can narrow your results to display only a specific type of incident if you wish. Click the desired incident type to select and display only that type. Leave all unselected to display all.
Click the SUBMIT button or press ALT+S to display the results of your selections.
